Live your un-lived life
Carl Jung, one of the forefathers of psychotherapy taught that whatever is within us that is un-lived controls us. This is true with all emotions: fear, anger, grief, hurt. sadness. The process of living the un-lived life brings us to spiritual and emotional healing.
Viktor Frankl wrote that between the stimulus and the response there is a space, and in that space is our power and freedom. I encourage you to look inside and see where you have trauma, hurt, sadness…and FEEL IT. Feel your feelings, don’t ignore and bury them.When we live out our un-lived lives we become open to the larger sense of wholeness.
Remember to have compassion for yourself and through that process you will heal.
