The best cure for insomnia


The question is how? There are so many of us that are running on empty, at least in the sleep department. It goes back to the basics here: sleep, healthy diet, and all other things in moderation.

Most of us get between 4 and 6 hours of sleep a night. This is totally unacceptable. No one can thrive on that amount of sleep. Please take this week to evaluate your sleeping patterns. Check to see if you sleep at least 7 hours per night. Notice the quality of your sleep. How fast you typically fall asleep? How much uninterrupted sleep you enjoy? How you feel when you wake up each morning?

As you all know by now, my goal is to help people to simply BE HAPPY. When we are happy (which essentially means at peace within ourselves), we are better at everything we do. Better parents, better workers, better friends, better partners, BETTER PEOPLE!! If you don’t sleep you cannot have peace in your life, let alone happiness!!
