A morning ritual: visualization.

Here is a GREAT way to start your day!

When you wake up, take a couple of minutes as you lay in bed to visualize your day. Today I visualized my morning spin class. I saw myself enjoying the work out. Moving through the horrible pain of a spin class! Visualizing myself leaving the gym, sweat pouring off me but feeling as good as I ever feel.

I then visualized each and every one of my client’s sessions. I have five clients today, I visualized break throughs, connection and each one of them moving toward their goals. I then visualized coming home and relaxing! Doing the things that make me feel good.

This can all be done in a matter of minutes, you don’t need a lot of detail. Try it! Research shows that this really enhances your day by up to 90%.
